Impartiality
Conflicts of interest are declared and managed, including for assessors and advisers.
Transparency
The Standard, the certification process and certificate status are published.
Fairness
Organisations can appeal decisions through a published complaints and appeals process.
Confidentiality
Information shared during assessment or reporting is handled securely and used only for its purpose.
Advisory Council
Portcullis intends to appoint an Advisory Council of independent practitioners to advise on the Standard. Members will be listed here once appointed.
